There are two authentic Brookfield miniature salesman sample styles known to exist, both measuring in at approximately 1-1/2" tall. One is styled after the CD 162 signal shape, the other is this rarely seen squatty CD 145 beehive style. Please note that the embossing listing for this beehive, as found in our hobby's insulator price guide, is currently in error and will see a correction. The embossing listed here for this example is the only confirmed embossing found on the miniature Brookfield beehive style. Many specialty collectors have been unsuccessful in their attempt to acquire one of these elusive beehives after numerous years of searching. That should speak clearly of their rarity, which at this point we've only been able to confirm 2-3 known.
